Harbour Credit Partners is comprised of a team of investment professionals with decades of expertise across private & structured credit, real estate development & investments, leveraged finance, private equity, and investment banking. HCP’s principals also have deep experience in assessing fund managers, loan originators, and specialty finance companies due to their considerable history in investing in or providing wholesale finance to non-bank lenders.

Cyril Pham

  • Experienced private & structured credit, private equity & investment banking professional.

    Prior to Harbour Credit Partners, Cyril was at ADS Lending, Lazard Australia Private Equity and Goldman Sachs in its Investment Banking Division.

    Previously a board director of ScotPac Business Finance, Steel Storage Holdings, and Extra Space Asia on behalf of Lazard Australia Private Equity.

Asfandyar Uppal

  • Experienced private & structured credit, private equity & investment banking professional.

    Prior to Harbour Credit Partners, was at ADS Lending, Lazard Australia Private Equity (LAPE) and ABN AMRO in its Investment Banking Division. Previously a board director of ScotPac Business Finance and Ochre Health.

    Asfandyar is a career entrepreneur with interests in education, finance, technology and physics.

Jonathan Moss

  • Jonathan led the establishment of IJD Group’s (IJD) direct lending strategy, focusing on first and second mortgage bridge lending.

    Jonathan previously managed direct developments at IJD Group (IJD), overseeing projects from inception to completion across various asset types and complexities.

    Jonathan brings extensive experience and knowledge across the real estate sector, applying a disciplined approach to risk and return.

Steven Moss

  • Over 40 years experience in real estate. Steven’s family office, IJD Group, has been focused on real estate investment and development across Australia and the U.S.

    Prior to forming IJD Group, Steven was an Executive Director responsible for Glencore’s global energy trading activities.

Carlo Burney

  • Experienced leveraged finance, and corporate credit professional with 8 years’ experience.

    Prior to HCP, was at ANZ across Australia and New Zealand holding roles in the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, and Corporate Banking teams.

Prior to HCP Devyn worked in various team lead roles and business development roles for Market Financial Solutions in London, and for lender Finstro in Australia.

Conor Ffrench

  • Experienced operations and business management professional with 8 years’ experience in financial services, spanning investment banking, financial crime, remediation, and retail banking.
